  • Warranty: All new Jennerjahn machines are covered by a comprehensive one-year warranty on all parts, giving you peace of mind in your investment.
  • Installation & Training: Our expert technicians provide full installation and operator training at your facility. We supply manuals, setup videos, a training checklist, and a machine-specific operator test to ensure your team is fully prepared.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Our qualified technicians are available for both remote troubleshooting and on-site support, helping you quickly resolve any issues that arise.
  • Manuals & Schematics: Each machine comes with detailed operation and maintenance manuals, as well as electrical, pneumatic, communication, and hydraulic schematics for easy reference during repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Jennerjahn & Vendor Parts: The maintenance manual provides a comprehensive list of all Jennerjahn-manufactured components and vendor part numbers within the machine’s assembly drawings. This gives customers flexibility to order parts directly from the original vendors, purchase through the Jennerjahn Machine parts department, or have the part fabricated locally using the detailed assembly drawings we supply.
  • HMI Integration: Depending on your machine’s model, the HMI system includes digital copies of manuals, schematics, setup videos, and diagnostic tools to streamline troubleshooting.
  • Remote Connection: Machines come equipped for secure VPN access, enabling Jennerjahn to assist with real-time remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Spare Parts: We work with you to create a tailored spare parts list based on your machine and operational needs, ensuring that essential parts are readily available.
  • Comprehensive Support: Free phone support is available Monday through Friday, with after-hours emergency assistance. For more complex issues, our traveling technicians can provide on-site service for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and refresher training.
