Jennerjahn Machine manufactures both shaftless and shafted unwind stands. Typically, shaftless unwind stands are used for 1 ply applications. Depending on your converting needs, Jennerjahn Machine will work with you to provide the best unwind solution for your specific application. In addition, both styles can be used with all Jennerjahn rewinders as well as other manufacturer’s machines.
Jennerjahn’s shaftless unwind stands can accommodate a wide variety of mill roll sizes. The sturdy and rigid design utilizes heavy-duty rails and hydraulic chuck arms to load rolls from the floor.
A mill roll sensor shutoff works in conjunction with the rewinder to stop the machine if there is not enough material on the mill roll to complete the cycle.
