Chuck tips can be easily changed when running a new rewind core diameter. A simple vertical adjustment will align the chuck tips with the cores. Horizontal and width adjustments can be made with greater flexibility on master roll widths.  This also eliminates the need for chuck tip extensions when running narrower width products.
