Autoloader: Push Bar

The push bar retrofit is one of two available retrofits to assist in transferring the finished rolls from the winding station to the seal station. See item 1.E.3 in the JLS Retrofit Guide Book for the Tuck Blade Eject Assist Retrofit. Push rollers are mounted to the inside of the autoloader. As the autoloader moves forward to place cores into the winding station, the push rollers are pushing the finished rolls to the seal station. This is recommended when the standard rider roll kick-out can not move the rolls due to small finished roll diameters or materials with a slick or shiny surface. The push rollers must make contact with the finished rolls in the winding station at the center of the roll or lower for this feature to work properly. If the rollers make contact with the finished roll above the center point, The Tuck Blade Eject Assist retrofit would be recommended, I.E.3.
