The system will eliminate the need for an operator to load cores on a mandrel. Each cycle, cores will be automatically transferred from a core feeder into the rewinder utilizing our unique core insertion and shaftless rewind systems. While this is taking place, rewound product is automatically transferred to a seal station, sealed by tabs or glue, and removed from the machine.
As long as cores, glue or tabs, warning mark ink, and paper are all present in the system, and no faults are detected, the machine will continue to produce rolls without any operator involvement.
